NICU Nursing Sweatshirt | Then. Now. Always

NICU Nursing — Then. Now. Always. Sweatshirt

NICU nursing has changed tremendously through the years. The equipment has evolved. The technology has advanced. Our tiniest patients have more possibilities than ever before.

But some things haven’t changed.

The dedication. The compassion. The heart behind NICU nursing.

The NICU Nursing — Then. Now. Always. sweatshirt was designed as a tribute to the nurses who have cared for the smallest patients across generations.

The large back design tells that story through three illustrations:

THEN — A Strong Foundation
Different tools. The same purpose.

NOW — Advancing Possibilities
More knowledge. More lives changed.

ALWAYS — The Same Heart
Same small patients. A brighter tomorrow.

Finished with “Small Patients. A Bigger Tomorrow.”, this design celebrates where neonatal nursing began, how far it has come, and the heart of NICU nursing that remains unchanged.

The front features a coordinating NICU Nursing heart emblem for a clean, understated look.
